State Innovation Video 2024: Arkansas Work Hard, Play Hard!
In May 2023, Arkansas DEE and the Environments Employee Initiative Committee joined forces with members of the agency’s internal leadership program to try to build a sense of community and improve morale at the department. They held a picnic, started a walking club, and other fun activities identified by staff in a survey.
